ESS Medical Performance offers a highly professional, transparent and honest platform for Arabian patients who like to have their medical treatment in overseas - taking into consideration all matters of their culture and religion. The services of the cooperation in Dubai are:
1. personal assistance (support to draft medical histories, forwarding of essential medical documents such as medical reports, MRI’s, X-rays etc. to the specialists)
2. support in finding the necessary specialist (doctors, professors, clinics, hospitals) overseas.
3. cooperation with these people/institutions regarding the known medical facts and reports
4. support to all matters of visa-arrangements
5. planning and coordination of all necessary arrangements (flights,medical flights, transfers, hotels, etc.) for the patient and his/her family members.
The leading cooperation partner is the Medical Heart Center, Herz- und Kreislaufzentrum (HKZ) in Rotenburg upon Fulda, and the Rodenberg Clinic, Rotenburg upon Fulda, Germany, led by its Managing Director Mr. Guido Wernert.
The HKZ and Rodenberg Clinic offer worldwide leading medical care in all matters of:

as well as in close cooperation with the Neurologic Rehabilitation Clinic, a new Neuro-Orthopaedic Function Unit, which is treating especially patients with multiple handicaps.
The Neuro-Orthopaedic Unit treats patients with both, neurological deficits and orthopedic problems, e.g. in condition after cerebral infarction and after hip operation.
In cooperation with the Rehabilitation Clinic even patients with an infantile cerebral palsy or Multiple sclerosis get treated by both Departments (the Orthopaedic and Traumatologic Rehabilitation Clinic and the Neurologic Rehabilitation Clinic) and are prepared for further surgical procedures if necessary.
Therapy comprises of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, medical training therapy, biofeedback, massage, exercise and education to achieve independence in the activities of daily living.

During the past years a special request came up to ESS Medical Performance more and more – the development of knowledge meeting even the highest standards of quality, experts knowledge, technologies, training systems etc.
In close cooperation with experts and specialists, ESS Medical Performance can go back to a full established network of universities, centers, trainers and specialists, and offers a wide range of training systems.
The International Conference for Special Needs Dubai 2007 under the Patronage of His Highness Sheikh Juma Bin Maktoum Bin Juma Al Maktoum will offer the first health & education system.
