The Second International Conference for Special Needs Dubai 2008 under the Patonage of His Highness Sheikh Juma Bin Maktoum Bin Juma Al Maktoum, which was helt on 18th & 19th November 2008 in the Dubai World Trade Center, was a great success.
His Highness Sheikh Juma Bin Maktoum Bin Juma Al Maktoum opened the Conference with the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.
His Highness was accompanied from Mr. Ahmed Hashim Khoury, Founder of the Rashid Paediatric Therapy Center, and his leading Delegates as well as the Director of Protocol of the Dubai World Trade Center. |

Ladies & Gentleman!
I would like to extend a very warm welcome to all the Doctors, and other professionals in the medical and special needs related fields who are participating in the 2nd International Conference for Special Needs in Dubai. A very special Thank you to HH Sheikh Juma Bin Maktoum Bin Juma Al Maktoum for his Patronage.
It is indeed a privilege to be associated with ESS Medical Performance, who has put in a lot of effort to make this conference a success, we are supporting this conference to make awareness in the UAE.
Firstly let me introduce the Rashid Centre. The Centre is a non-profit humanitarian organization catering to children with various disabilities. We provide therapy and educational services to children, who have a range of special educational needs.
