The Second International Conference for Special Needs Dubai 2008 under the Patonage of His Highness Sheikh Juma Bin Maktoum Bin Juma Al Maktoum, which was helt on 18th & 19th November 2008 in the Dubai World Trade Center, was a great success.

His Highness Sheikh Juma Bin Maktoum Bin Juma Al Maktoum opened the Conference with the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.

His Highness was accompanied from Mr. Ahmed Hashim Khoury, Founder of the Rashid Paediatric Therapy Center, and his leading Delegates as well as the Director of Protocol of the Dubai World Trade Center.
