During the foundation of ESS Iris Dapper, Chairwoman of ESS, could go back to more than 20 years of business experience. To give a better impression to you about ESS and its owner, please find attached an overview of my professional background:
Education and first work experience in the medical assistance area. After this was completed, successfully, I passed the Industrie- und Handelskammer in Cologne as a State Approved Pharmaceutical Consultant. All the time continuing my education and extending my experience as:
- Chief secretary: to the Manager of a large German construction company
- Receptionist/Secretary: in an International Consulting House
- Assistant to the Vice President Human Resources Central Europe in an International Music concern
- General Manager¥s Assistant: in an International business in the area of Consumer Products.
Since 1998 I have been gathering foreign experience in the United Arab Emirates. From 2001 these experiences have concentrated, specifically in the area of Dubai. This has resulted in the development of both personal and commercial contacts in the areas of Service and Support, leading to the formation of ESS:
